The RRC NWR Apprentice selection 2025 follows transparent merit-based process without written examination or personal interview. Merit list prepared by calculating simple average of Class 10th percentage and ITI marks percentage ensuring objective selection purely on academic credentials.

Merit Calculation Formula:

• 10th percentage: All subjects marks considered (not selective subjects)
• ITI percentage: As per provisional/final certificate issued by NCVT/SCVT
• Merit = (10th % + ITI %) / 2
• Example: 10th (65%) + ITI (75%) = 140/2 = 70% merit score

Tie-Breaking Rules:

• First preference: Candidate with older age (date of birth considered)
• Second preference: Candidate who passed Class 10th examination earlier
