UP Scholarship Online Form 2025-26
Social Welfare Department of Uttar Pradesh, has released the notification for the UP Scholarship 2025-26 for students of Class 9–10 (Pre-Matric), Class 11–12 (Post-Matric), and Post-Matric Other Than Intermediate. The online application process will be open from 02 July 2025 to 30 October 2025 for Pre-Matric and Post-Matric, and from 10 July 2025 to 20 December 2025 for Post-Matric Other Than Intermediate. Interested candidates must check the eligibility criteria, age limit, and read the full notification before applying. Eligible students can submit their applications online within the given dates.

- Latest Passport Size Scan Photo
- For Renewal Candidates – Kindly Use Last Year Registration Number to Login to Renewal Section and Enter the Fresh Details

After filling the Online Scholarship Form candidates need to take the print put of complete form and after that they have to attach relevant documents (specified above) & are required to send it to the respective College / School / Institution before due Date.
