Eligibility Criteria

Post Name	Eligibility Criteria
Office Assistant (Multipurpose)	Candidates must have completed their Graduation in any discipline from any recognized University/institute. Proficiency in the local language as prescribed by the participating RRB. Desirable: Working knowledge of a Computer.
Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager)	Candidates must have completed their Graduation in any discipline from any recognized University/institute. Preference will be given to candidates with a degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, etc. Proficiency in the local language as prescribed by the participating RRB. Desirable: working knowledge of a Computer.
Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer)	Candidates must have completed their Graduation in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks from any recognized University/institute. Preference will be given to candidates with a degree in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, etc. 2 years of experience as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.
Officer Scale-II (CA)	Candidates must have passed the CA Exam from ICAI India. 1 year of experience as a Chartered Accountant.
Officer Scale-II (Law)	Candidates must have a Degree in Law from a recognized University with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. 2 years of experience as an advocate or as a Law Officer in Banks or Financial Institutions.
Officer Scale-II (Marketing)	Candidates having an MBA Degree in Marketing from a recognized University. 1 year of experience in the relevant field.
Officer Scale-II (Treasury Manager)	Candidates having a degree in CA or an MBA Degree in Finance from a recognized University. 1 year of experience in the relevant field.
Officer Scale-II (Agriculture)	Candidates having a Graduation Degree in Agriculture / Horticulture / Dairy / Animal / Veterinary Science / Engineering / Pisciculture from a recognized university / institute. 2 years of experience in the relevant field.
Officer Scale-II (IT)	Candidates must have a Graduation Degree in Electronics / Communications / Computer Science / Information Technology with a minimum of 50% marks from any recognized University / Institute. Desirable: Certificate in ASP, PHP, C++, Java, VB, VC, OCP, etc. 1 year of experience in the relevant field.
Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager)	Candidates having a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Officer in a Bank or Financial Institutions.
