(as per NCTE 2002 norms). OR 10+2 with 50% marks and a 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.). OR 10+2 with 50% marks and a 2-year Diploma in Special Education. OR Graduation with a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education. Must have qualified CTET (Paper I). Must have studied Hindi/Urdu/Punjabi/English as a subject at the Secondary level.
